About the Role
Lead and deliver complex technology projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project timelines and resources
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders
- Lead daily standups and sprint planning
- Track project progress and report to leadership
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure quality deliverables and client satisfaction
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- PMP or similar certification is a plus
Nice to Have
- Technical background in software development
- Experience managing distributed teams
- Knowledge of budget management
